Can anyone help me with step-by-step guide on how to setup email alert for workflow? specifically for purchase orders. I’ve tried my hands at setting it up severally but it’s not working so maybe i’m getting it wrong. The instructions currently available aren’t self-explanatory either. So i’ll appreciate if someone can help with this, possibly with a screenshot of a working email alert for purchase order workflow.
