My Home page and login page broke after i update to v13

My ERPNext home page and login was suddenly broke after i ran the update. after i login the deck looks normal, but home page and login page are still looks broke. I have attached the screenshot as well. Anyone had this issue?
Console: /None:1 GET http://192.168.192.100/None net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (NOT FOUND)

use this:
sudo chmod o+x /home/[]your user folder

it works with me
