Yes. Multiselect is possible. If follow the tiny boxes left of your documents name, you will find a similar box in the header below Add Filter, that will select all the visible documents. (Since list view will be limited to 20, 50 or 100)
However you must note the user must have permissions to delete.
Also, submitted documents cannot be deleted rightaway. They have to be cancelled, which again requires permissions.
In case the submitted document is linked to another document downstream,
e.g. Sales Order --LINK--> Sales Invoice --LINK--->Payment Entry
Then Sales Invoice cannot be directly cancelled. You get a message like this :-
The feature of bulk print/email/edit has been added in ERPNext version 11.
Where can I find the version number of my current installation?
That was embarassingly easy. Thanks!
Awesome. When will this version be on ERPNext Cloud for us to use?
My guess and understanding
In the past rollout to the cloud has been in batches - say on a per server basis to resolve issues?
Users will receive advance email notice.
With this release users have the option to upgrade or remain with v10 that will continue to be supported for six months.
This may have more info Open Day June 2018
Version 11 still under beta stage. Release for hosted ERPNext account should still take 2 - 4 weeks.
thanks for the update!
Our setup has the multi select Print option, but not email. Does this need enabling somewhere?
