Multiple support email addresses

I’m trying to set up multiple addresses in “Incoming Email” to have different emails sorted by incoming addresses and assign support tickets to other users more easily. Is that possible?


If it is not straight forward, is it maybe possible to have many email accounts forward mail to one address, set this address as the incoming address in ERPNext and have it include a tag for each category depending on the address the mail was sent to. Then add a custom field to support tickets that would be called “Category” and have some script that sorts incoming tickets in different categories according to the tags assigned to them?

Your scheme is correct. Right now its restricted to one email. There is an assign feature you can use. We use this very heavily in house too…
