Multi-tenant export-import orders

I am setting up a multitenant system, where Company A is a trader and the Company B is a manufacturer.

I would Like to generate purchase order from Company A, which automatically creates a Sales Order for Company B. If not automatic then atleast some functionality to export selected purchase orders and import them directly to the company B.

What would be the best way to achieve this?

If you have coding background, you can push the order using API. Otherwise, you can use Data Import Tool, to import the order.

Can this be done in a “Multi-company setup” ?
