Multi layer pricing rule

After using pricing rule for a time, I would like to ask for the possibility of multilayer pricing rule as for example:

We markup the price for the price from buying price as following rule:

Rule 1: Markup (margin) 10% for finance cost
Rule 2: Markup (margin) 15% for logistics cost for some customer group in long distance.

In case the Rule 1 = Rule 2 in priority, so we can have 25% markup
In case the Rule 1 > Rule 2 in priority, so we can have 10%*15%
In case the Rule 1 < Rule 2 in priority, so we can have 15% * 10% ( this is a weird example but I mean for the order of calculation)

Can we do it right now in ERP? If we need customization, do you have idea of how effort in making this one?

I read this before and based on Article 5 & 6, I make assumption that Pricing Rule will applied multiple layer of price (in the word precedence ). Which one higher priority will execute that pricing rule first, the other later will be executed.

However, the actual result is only one pricing rule is applied at one time. I would like to ask for the possibility in making multiple layer of pricing rule with our current code.
