Your are operating on very old version. Current ERPNext version in production is V8. Please upgrade your ERPNext account on the latest version and then check if this issue reoccurs.

I had tried for version update, but it was giving many errors.
Since I am not aware of linux, python, erpnext update error rectification, for some days i was planning to continue in the same version as we are in.
Is it possible to rectify the problem in same version?
