Putting the Foundation in the front row rather then Frappe Ltd. (I know, it’s not Ltd. but I can’t memorize the correct one, pvt.?) for that application may be the most promising approach I guess.
I just clicked on the registration form, and I think this would require the foundation to have an Indian FCRA registration, which they don’t have right now. If no FCRA registration is needed, then yes, this is the way to go.
If FCRA is needed, then it would have to go through a company, Frappe most likely.
