More than 5 column in child table

How can I customize my child table so that I can get more than 5 column ?

You can add custom fields in a child table from Customize Form.

The maximum column width is 11(not sure, needs to verify).
In your fields, adjust the value of column width so that the sum of all visible column stays 11 or under 11.

It’s 12 but 1 is always taken by idx or serial number on the extreme left of the table. So you have 11 balance
