Module side bar modules sequence arrangement? First or second or third? Where?

Hello;
How I can determine the sequence appearance of the modules in the side bar?

I need for example to see the module Taxi as a first one instead of scrolling down to find it and click on it, how to determine the modules sequence to appear in the bar?

In other words, instead of showing Account or Human Resources in top selection, I need to see Taxi in top. How?
