Migrating from v12 to v13 error

Hi,

I am migrating my existing erp website from v12 to v13,while migrating i am getting this error, kindly help on the same

It is getting error in Executing erpnext.patches.v4_2.update_requested_and_ordered_qty #2021-03-31

error is throwing when I try to do bench update or bench migrate,

Kindly help on the same

Steps to upgrade:

bench switch-to-branch version-13 frappe erpnext --upgrade
bench update
bench build

It might be good to upgrade your python version too.
