how can i trace or track the items the i have been issued using material issue in stock entry???
You can create a Custom Report on Stock Entry, and filter it based on Purpose as Material Issue.
For the Material Issues against Production Order, you can check dashboard of relevant Production Order. Also, you can check consumption report in the Manufacture only.
