We use the BOM to make a batch of say 100 litres of a Product A.
Is there a way to mark a wastage on the entire batch as against each item on the BOM.

For now, you will need to make separate Stock Entry for the waste/scrap material left at the end of production cycle.
Github Issue already exist for this feature.
