Making some fields of Email Read-Only

On clicking Menu Button–> Email, a email dialog box pops up. I want Subject and Message Content field to be read only (as I am getting the content from standard reply) so that no one can edit that. Any solution for doing so with the help of custom script ?

The dialog currently does not have any triggers, but we’re working for it on the develop branch.

This will be great. Even I am looking to make Subject & Message content of ‘Standard Reply’ as read-only.
What I am looking at is if a sales user selects ‘Standard Reply’ he/she cannot edit the content and subject of the ‘Standard Reply’
