Can anyone help me on the below as I have to run the salary whereas per the Statutory Deduction we have to pay for the below? How we can set this Formula so that I can fix this in a Salary Component- Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund

If the amount is greater than 3000, then we have to pay Rs 12 and only in the month of June & December
If the amount is smaller and equal to 3000, then we have to pay Rs 6 and only in the month of June & December
I have tried so many times but got failed
