MacOS: Cannot download PDF Print Format

Hi,
When I want to generate a pdf by clicking the PDF button. It opens a new window with the following url and goes into infinite loading. The bench gets stuck and so I have to reload it. This only happens if I have setup the debugger.
It works fine if served by the Procfile settings. Any suggestions?
