Logos and Letter heads on Documents

Hello all

I have set up my letter head and all is well

But When emailing the sales invoice/order etc, the logo does not show.

When I view it, it works well, but when set as pdf or emailed, the logos are gone.

Any one with an idea of how to handle this?

Just a guess but make sure the image is set to public ie open padlock …
