what is the account your need in order to propose a talk for ERPNConf here?

seems neither to be the login for this forum, nor the login for an online ERPNext instance … what is it then, related to anything else or another account once needs to create?

You have to register on the conference website first, and then you can use that login info to propose a talk.

Well, even though I’d love to I will not be able to make my way to Mumbay unfortunately but still wanted to propose more like a topic to discuss. Maybe that’s then not the right way to do such (if it [making suggestions for a conference your not even attending] made sense in the first place)
