Hello, I had a setup and then used ERPNext on a Mac trough the Oracle Virtual Machine. Happened that I had to disinstall and reinstall it on the virtual machine, and when I tried to login trough the localhost it didn’t recognize me, or my user. When I click on forgot password and insert my email address, pops up this “Please setup default Email Account from Setup > Email > Email Account”. I tried to resetup it again through admin, but it says that this address is already used. What can I do?
If you reinstalled the system, then all the configurations/ settings will be lost. (including the user info)
You will have to start fresh. try logging in using ‘Administrator’ and the password you gave while you did the reinstall.
