Login Page fails to load Properly

I just installed a new branch ‘Develop’, and after a successful attempt to login displays improperly as shown in screenshot below

Please how do i fix this issue .

Looks like your build is broken.

Run the following commands

  1. bench setup requirements
  2. bench build
