Create a Deduction Type for Loan and enter loan amount in deduction table while making Salary Structure for that employee. While making Deduction Type, keep "Depends on LWP" unchecked. Make salary slip every month using this salary structure until full loan completed. After that you should create separate salary structure.

i added the Loan amount in the deduction table,but when i make salary slip it deducts the whole amount togetherwhat i want for. e.g .Employee took loan of : 10,000/-he wants that loan to be deducted on monthly basis like say : 1000/- per monthhow do we do that, how do we maintain a record from which month the loan is being deducted and how much valuewaiting for your replyThank You
