Letter Header Images missing in PDF

Letter head (both header and footer ) set with images. It was working fine before. Recently we have created new company via multi-tenant port based setup in the same Frappe-bench. And assigned new port number for both sites. After that everything working fine except Letter head missing in the PDF. However Letter head shown in the default print preview as follows:-

Please let us know how to resolve this issue

Hi,
please check your in frappe-bench/sites/your_site_name/site_config.json
and add "host_name": "your_host_name"

I seem to be experiencing this in V11.1.35. Images do not appear.
When I add my host name in the sites site_config.json, I receive an Internal Server Error… odd.
