Letter head and form title, like Invoice and Quotation, on the same row

By default letter heads and the title of the forms like Tax Invoice, Quotations, etc are on different rows. However, since the letter head has a free space to its right, and the form title has free space to the left, it looks bad on top of being a terrible waste of horizontal space that’s specially annoying for large item lists.

How may I combine them to be on the same row?
