Leave without Pay - Doubt

Say if an employee is on Leave on 17th Feb, 18th Feb and 19th Feb (18th being a sunday), Leave without pay is calculating for 18th also, can’t we customize it to make 18th not accountable for the number of days calculation?

Do you have holidays set up in the system? If yes, then check the HR settings and have the “Include holidays in Total no. of Working Days” unchecked.
