Present Status in ERPNEXT Application:
o We will be allocating the leaves for the employees on month wise basis. For every month 1 leave will be allocated and if there are any unused leaves for the previous months, they will be carry forwarded to the next month.
o If the employee has sufficient leave balance and if they want to apply for the unallocated months, they cannot apply and an error message is shown i.e., Leave application period cannot be outside leave allocation period.
o This creates the problem for the Employees who need to apply the leave for the further months.
New Requirement:
o If the Employee has leave balance, the system should allow the Employee to apply the leave for unallocated month also.
