Hi, new to ERPnext and trying out the CRM module. I enter a lead with email and teh phone number in the Address & Contact field. Then convert to an opportunity. The email is listed in the Opportunity Contact Info field, but not the phone number?
Hi ! tried just now, and the phone number is showing. Have you ever customized your opportunity window? because you might have hid it.
Strange. I haven’t modified anything. Also, I’m using a cloud account, not locally installed. Don’t even know how I would. So from within opportunity you click on contact info. and the phone number is listed there next to the email address?
