Lead Permission In CRM

Hi All,
I have Created 2 leads In CRM Module,
as admin,
I have 2 sales user,
So, as a admin i have assigned one lead to one sales user,
But problem is Second sales user also can see both leads,
So My Requirement Is sales user can only see those leads which is assigned to him by admin.
I have Tried With User role permission setup,

Hi Swapnil,

Use the territory feature and use user permissions to assign each Sales Person to a Territory. Then assign the Lead to the appropriate territory.

I’m sure there are other ways of doing this, but this is how I do it.
