Knowledge Base Module (duplicate name error)

We tried to install Knowledge base module from Application Installer. It’s showing duplicate name error.

Check if its already installed.

Whether support module is the same? If not, then I couldn’t find anything similar. Please suggest.

@rmehta Kindly advise. I think, it’s not installed already.
