I need to close journal entry per month… i mean to make any transaction on journal voucher for previous months you need permission ?!

For closing Financial Statement, an entry called Period Closing Voucher is created. But this entry is created at the end of a Fiscal Year. If you want to create Journal Entry for monthly closing, you don’t need to do that. In ERPNext, all the standard financial statements like Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statement can be seen on monthly bases.

Using Journal Entry, you can select Accounts as per your requirement and submit adjustment entry.
