Every time I make new journal entry and I choose a certain cost center account…it saves on another cost center account…so why does this happen

Have you selected a default Cost Centre somewhere? Custom Script?
I have made this journal entry
And chose the cost center (مركز تكلفه)
Your screenshot doesn’t consist any mention of Cost Centre, please recheck and send it along with the report which as per you displays this entry with wrong Cost Centre.
