Jounal entry problem

Dear sir,

We have an account name “Cash-USD-SHK” for our US dollar transactions.
The issue is, when we type “Cash-USD-SHK” in the General Ledger, it is showing, please check photo.
But when we type it now in new Journal entry, it is NOT showing, please check photo.

We are thinking that it is some software issue… please advise…

what is your default currency? USD is your default currency?
check list “multicurrency” in Journal Entry if USD is not your default currency.

Seems to be working fine in the test account.
Which version you are on.
