Item wise taxation not pulling the taxes automatically in the transaction.
We have defined Item Tax Category and applied this to the Item master. Also, Account Settings field to Automatically Add Taxes and Charges From Item Tax Template is enabled.
However, when we do the transaction like PO or SO, the taxes are not auto populated to the item tax level. Whereas, manually when we choose the tax template system is calculating the taxes.
Could you please look into these two points and help us, as we need to give a final demo to the customer within a day or two.
FYI, Version we are using 12.
