Item Tax Template not updating taxes and charges table when Purchase Orders Uploaded via Template

Dear Community,
If we upload any document using the uploading excel templates that uses Item Tax Template. For example in my case Purchase Order. The taxes and charges table is not updated accordingly. The taxes and charges table only gets updated if the item is selected in the UI during the form creation.

Plus if we create the taxes and charges table even after selecting it in the UI. The system does not update the taxes table on save.

Any feedback?
