Item master: add variable for customer details

would it be possible to add a field to customer details?

I have multiple ean for the same product, depending on customer. Would like to capture this on item level at Item->customer details.

How could i do this?

Yeah, you can add fields depending upon your requirements. Go to list view → click on customize form —> add fields in child table —> click on update.
