Issue with Sales Person Selection in Sales Order

Hello People,

I have an issue while selecting the Sales Person in Sales Order / Sales Invoice in the Sales Team Table.
Having multiple Sales People in the team, few of my Sales Person can see all the Sales users in the dropdown menu, However there is one user who can only see herself and Sales Team option.
She cannot create Sales Order on behalf of other sales users, while the other sales user can create Sales order or Sales invoice for any other Sales User.

I have attached 2 images explaining the issue.

Any support / advise on the same shall be highly appreciated.

Does anyone has any solution to the above mentioned issue ?

Check the role assigned to that particular user in Setup > User.
