Issue with creating a customer from a quotation on 6.4

Gents,

I made a bench update today (18-10-2015), and now I get a message " Error customer XXX not found" where XXX is the lead in my quotation. Previously the system would create the customer but now it fails.

Can somebody look into this please.

If I go to lead, and then create a customer from that lead, then go to quotation and make a SO it will work.

So in other words, when making SO from quotation the system is not able to create customers automatically anymore. Sounds like something minor.
