Issue time tracking

Hallo, the standard in erpnext is, to have a task, which i can time-track with the invoice at the end.

but what about the support-ticket - the issue?
in time-sheet, there is no way to find an issue - but if a custermer sends us a problem we have to work on, we want to time track it, to generate an invoice.

what is the idea to have a bridge between issues and tasks.
I did not find a way to generate a new task … but if this would be possible, i hat to chekc two things - the issue and the task …

so please let me know, what is the idea fir workflow?

Hi, I suppose you can add custom field link field Issue to the task/time-sheet doctypes.
