Issue must be visible to the one who has Accepted it

Hello, This is regarding Support Issues, I have workflow as Open, Accepted,In Progress, Closed,Cancelled. I want Open issue must be visible to all but once the issue is accepted it should be visible to the one who has accepted it not to all. I am very new to frappe and Erp Next, Please Help.

As far as I know, it is not possible by role permission setting only.
