Issue migration from 3 to 4 on ubuntu

Dear,

since yesterday I try to migrate erpnext 3 to 4 on ubuntu. But no success... A clean install on ubuntu is ok, no issue.

Question:
1. which one I have to use: erpnext-bench or frappe-hence? Found 2 erpnext forum with one erpnext-bench other frappe-bench...
2. I have done one with erpnext-bench no success. Is there any clear explanation for migration? or any way to use v3 backups?

Thanks in advance,

Sezgin
