No. Better host it in digitalocean or linode

Their VPS solutions may work since they give SSH access (https://www.bluehost.com/vps). I don’t know about your experiences with Bluehost, but based on my experience with them, I’m sure you’ll be happier with Linode or Digital Ocean.
