I am wandering if doctype_dachboard.py created when adding new custom doctype or not?
I mean adding doctype with normal customization, not custom app.
No.
Firstly, nothing will be created on the filesystem if you are not in developer mode.
Secondly, (unless they’ve changed things recently) a new doctype created in developer mode will only create the default json, py, js and test files. You have to create a dashboard file manually.
