While the PDF ERPNext Manual (User's Guide and Implementation Manual) is great, I think an one-line version, integrated with and released as part of ERPNext, would be a great feature. The project would benefit from the community being able to assist in expanding and maintaining the manual (as new functionality is introduced), and end-users may appreciate the convenience, especially if they could augment the generic information in the manual with site-specific information.
Has anyone considered something like this? What about starting by simply "loading" the ERPNext Manual into the ERPNext Knowledgebase? I would be willing to convert the manual to markup if the copyright allowed it.

That's great news! I also hope there will be a QuickStart section so non-accountants like me can get a system up and running easily. My primary use case is for product and manufacturing management. I am with a big company and all finances are done in SAP system, but it is not suitable for needs of my small product engineering and manufacturing team.

The newer version is going to be a lot simpler than the older one but will it be good enough? We shall see.... We have worked on the setup process too. Please post your queries on the forum, it will help us to make it simpler.
