Invoice Print in DOT MATRIX EPSON FX 875 Printer

I can print invoice using laser printer but cannot print on dot matrix Epson FX 875.

Please help.

Is it not printing at all or not printing properly or giving out some error. Can you please share some more details?

It is printing but cannot read. Character cutting and small fonts.

Try using PDF Print.

This happens when printing on epson dot matrix printers as the system tries to print from pdf.

If we print a word document it prints fine, but when we save as pdf and print the document it shows cutting and unaligned printing.
How can we print directly as text from erpnext?
