There is no step by step guide unless you write one.
If you find accurate steps after struggling through the integration do share them.
These are general tools available:
- Webhooks Webhooks. create them such that they trigger the ReST API of Kimai Quickstart for Kimai API (JSON / REST)

- Use n8n, it’ll help you generate automated API calls using UI, ERPNext - n8n Documentation It is NOT a tool for time tracking.
You need basic knowledge of all these tools.
