Installation error using easy install script

Hi team,

I tried a fresh install on Ubuntu Linux using:python3 install.py --production

got following output

Logs are saved under /tmp/logs/easy-install__2020-06-07__19-21.log
Checking System Compatibility…
ubuntu 18 is compatible!
Bench’s CLI needs these to be defined!
Run the following commands in the shell:
export LC_ALL=C.UTF-8

when i did cat on log file i don’t see any error messages.

kindly help me out

Have you tried to run the mentioned command?

$ export LC_ALL=C.UTF-8

and then try the installer again…

yes, but still : bench new-site command is failing stating no such bench command
