install app through bench manager shows blank console, it also shows blank console for all opreation like update, get app, etc.,

Bench Manager has been left alone since long time ago (unofficially?).
So you would be better avoid using it to maintain your bench and sites.
There is also a bug (perhaps because of change in bench) that might make your site in maintenance mode.
