Increase Production Order item quantity

Hi,

Let say I have created a Production Order from a Sales Order.

Due to Quality Checking, I need to manufacture extra quantity of items. However, I am unable to increase the quantity manually with the message “Quantity cannot be more than Sales Order”.

Any workaround for this?

Have you tried creating Production Orders that aren’t tied to a Sales Order? This should resolve that issue.

I think that can be a workaround but definitely we want everything to be integrated so that it is easier to track sales and production history.

My apologies. There is a production setting where you can put percentage of production overdraft.
