Inconsistency with Customer ID display

Hi,

At times, Customer ID displays on the list view, and sometimes it doesn’t. Is there anything that could be done to make it consistent?

A customer is uniquely identified by the Customer ID. Normally this ID
is identical to the customer Full Name, but in case of duplicate Full
Name, a Name-1 is created as ID.

Hi,

Thank you for your quick response. I understand how the Customer ID is unique, to identify each Customer. The issue I am facing is with regard to the display of Customer ID in the list view.

As shown above, in the row highlighted, there is no display of the Customer ID. However, the other rows do. Is there a way to make this display consistent?

First time it won’t take id ,you create one more i.e same customer
it will take test1-3

here count increases by id, if same customer name is there
if make count=cint(count)+0
it will show error of duplicate

If the name of the document is the same as the field marked as title, it will not show the name on the right of the table.

This is what I have discovered on my experience not based on documentation.
