In V13 comments-box is not shown at the end of doctype for some users

Hi,

the comments-box is only shown to system manager role, for the other roles it is not shown.

I already tried giving all access to the specific doctype and also to the communication doctype,

does anybody have this issue?

found it, the role should have translator access
