How to hide for example Build, Support menu in the sidebar when using new UI?
In addition, I cannot hide GIST sub menu, because the title is too long, and it will not display the eye icon to hide it.

Above is available in Frappe Develop branch. you have to downgrade from develop to beta by following command.
bench switch-to-branch version-13-beta frappe erpnext --upgrade

Will I lose new UI if I switch to 13?
The “Rebrand UI” is right now only art of the develop-branch. the version-13-beta branch doesn’t contain that, yet.
